This is more of an inquiry than a request due to so much work being put into this already, but what would it look like to implement a pause screen into this (that works the same way as Tomb1Main and TR2Main)?

As a temporary workaround until next release, you can move the game folder to the C drive.

@tomblover or dj, can you please check if moving the game folder to the C drive fixes the home crash as well? I'd appreciate it, thank you
My game folder was already on the C drive, but I tried moving it to the desktop instead of having it nested in Documents - which actually fixed the FMV playback issue (probably related to file permissions then), but Lara's Home still crashes like before.

To be clear, I can stay still where Lara loads in for as long as I'd like, but as soon as I do anything control-wise, the game crashes within a split-second.

Lara's home crash only happens when you use Sardoc's no crystal patch. it's been fixed and will be ok next release.

Will you be looking into being able to scale the UI and fonts larger? *fingers crossed for that!*

Awesome work once again, thank you so very much!

Would it be possible to add an option to not mute music when underwater? It always bugged me.

So far, i've been having fun playing this game with the PS1 enhancements so thank you for that.

In another thread, i made a small list of differences i remember from playing both the PC and PS1 versions:

  3. Coloured water per location (crystal clear in Nevada, emerald colour in India, etc.)
  4. Grenades physics (blew me away back then, pun intended)
  5. Superior vertex effects (lighting and reflections)
  6. Translucent raindrops
  7. Translucent electric current and sparks (City level)
  8. Water particles (Aldwych, Lud's Gate)
In bold are the changes that i found being implemented in the Effects folder. However, i've noticed they don't compare 1:1 with the PS1 version. For example, particles stay the same size regardless of resolution; the lasers from the goon in Thames Wharf and in Nevada, while they appear translucent, are hard to make out (the rain drops look flawless though).

About the lasers in particular, something i love about the PS1 version is how they seem to glow and blink. Is it possible to implement that on PC?

Also, is it possible to port or recreate the pause menu present on the PS1 version?

Thanks a lot for the efforts, it even works for TR3 The Lost Artifact.

But I guess to have the addon fully woking some additional changes are required, e.g. to make Sophia mortal, otherwise the game cannot be finished.

everything else will be addressed in due time it's just me working on this atm so it'll take time!

@woops

I think what Mokono is talking about is what looks like flickering from that enemy's laser scope.
