It's because it's obvious he isn't of sound mind. He just isn't aware of it.

Most people who don't respect that "No means No" at least understand it, and then continue to harass if they're complete asses. But they consciously "get" it, which means they can theoretically control their behavior (even if they choose not to).

He clearly doesn't understand it. It's a literal mental disorder, not a figurative one. And because of that he pretty much gets away with it.

i know this is speaking out of turn, rather random and not related to the subject at hand.

sometimes people so are afraid of being ableist to the point of ignoring a clear issue sitting in front of them. the same thing happened with a user who harassed me nonstop. yes, it's true that people shouldn't make fun of others with mental disorders. but there comes a time where all the mounting evidence of people feeling unsafe and harassed, on this site and on others--and there comes a point where the "do not discuss bad events that happened on other sites" rule cannot be ignored, i'm sorry--that action needs to be taken. you cannot let people do as they please, not doing your job, because you don't want to be seen as ableist.

All jokes to the side, I don't fully know who is TRxEpertgamer is, I've only known for three months and I wasn't fully aware until today, So Either he or she mocking us or he or she has some kind of mental illness or can't distinguish between two things. It's not funny, it's sad really, hope has some kind of treatment for this.

No, I don't think he or she doesn't deserve a permanent ban at all, he or she is harmless and not dangerous to us, just needs help,

I know we had a laugh but needs to stop.

You don't really know what has been going on outside of the forums then.

Whatever TRExpert's case is, he should not be allowed to go online without supervision. The stalking and harassment went so far to the point where the police got involved and yet he's been given way too many chances here after breaking the rules so many times and even after the moderators received proof of what has been going on outside of the forums. At this point, it's just enabling his behaviour further.

If he has problems, is it possible that his parents, even if he is an adult, or no authority in his country have not appointed anyone to help him psychologically, also limiting or, better still, prohibiting him from using his devices?
I don't know how a municipiality intervenes in these situations, but the fact that he is still "free" obviously means that the system does not work.

When he kept messaging me I asked him if his parents are taking care of him. He replied “yes they are” with a few vlols attached. So god knows what that means.

Why bother even replying to his DMs. I the last 6 months I got 4 DMs, haven't replied to any. The most recent one was 3 weeks ago. No idea why he keeps asking me random questions.
