@ Red Master FFX - 3D models ripped from games, such as this one, are not fit for 3D printing without quite a bit of additional modelling work. See this post for a short explanation
You need someone who knows how to re-work the model so it can be printed. That particular model was made for use with XPS and since you need to edit the model with a 3D modeling software, it's best to look for a XPS plugin for Blender (there probably is one for 3DS Max, too, but I don't really know).
