No, they never do that unless you're using AI objects to direct them to specific tiles, where they can then activate a heavytrigger.

About Rollingballs killing baddies, I'm not sure. I vaguely remember having heard that you can kill baddies with Rollingballs and / or Spikes, but so far I've done something like this myself only by pushing a pushable off a ledge. So all I can say is that, at least, works.

Both these features are possible with special TRNG OCB and scripting.

I've just played through Max's big levelset of Ancient Artifact (Part1). I am never doing any special runs, like "no medipack", but this was the very first occasion when I was able to do a big levelset without needing to use even one small medipack. (Okay, I admit, automatical health-points-filling-up at level jumps helped me some in this.) It was not a game for kids, though. However, fights, traps and falls were probably all easy.
