Tomb Raider 2013 Dual Pistols Activation

Hi there! I've been recently studying the processes in the Last QTE fight with Mathias through Cheat Engine.
The fact that there IS a mechanic for the second (left) arm and pistol STILL THERE and has a possibility of somehow to be activated through Hex editor is insane. Any modders here? I'll appreciate your help

I just feel truly that it can be activated through the Hex Editor, because it's not a cutscene, it's a full mechanic, but restricted through the player position ( she constantly moving towards Mathias, that's all for it.

Since SotTR is not moddable because there isn't any traces of the shooting mechanic but duals unfinished scratches of animation i just throw it directly in a trash bin.Tomb Raider (2013) has 80% of hopes. Because look yourself:
