The black smoke remains after shooting the first turret of CotD.
There're many parts on the upper platforms of Cairo levels where invisible rooftops can be observed. Some of the buildings and towers in the background keep disappearing when the angle changes slightly. |

The Music in Temple of Horus is misplaced, this is not minor, it's huge as it's part of the narrative and gameplay.
The epic minotaur "BOSS theme" is supposed to play only AFTER Lara places the armor of Horus and Set is re awakened, it's his boss battle theme. The piece of music was never supposed to play while you're mixing waters peacefully before putting the armor in place, that was a re release mistake and it must be fixed. Please fix this, it completely erases the payoff and destroys all sense of awe, spectacle and urgency. Last edited by JsotoTRSaga; 13-04-25 at 19:23. |

It is weird running from Set and having no music during that encounter.

Classic FPS mode runs like garbage. I've no way to measure it but I can tell it's lower than 30FPS.
I decided to play a few levels of 1-3 classic mode, then switched to TR4 with classic fps mode for consistency but my eyes just can't adjust to the choppiness. Not sure about Chronicles, I haven't tested it. Also, tank controls feel off. They feel too loose and not as tanky as 1-3, & less sturdy/precise. |

Okay, I managed to get it to work. There are seven skeletons that appear in this room. Two when you first step in. One when you grab the Trident (it's the one lying down). Three when you approach the large medipack on the overhead shelf in the west alcove (to the left when first entering the room). And one when you walk to the end of that same alcove (the west alcove, to the left when first entering the room). Two of these skeletons "drop" pickups - but the pickups only appear AFTER you break the vases on the ledge in the east alcove (to the right when first entering the room), and it's possible to bug them not to show up. I recommend killing the skeletons where they stand - blowing them up is fine, just don't knock them into the pit, or blow their heads off and let them walk over the ledge. As far as I can tell, whether you break the vases before or after you kill the skeletons doesn't make a difference - just whether the skeletons die in an appropriate place for their pickups to spawn. If you're having trouble, try killing the skeletons one by one (explosive arrows are ideal) instead of letting them gather in a group first (although this is a great place to get the High Five to Maahes achievement). Now I'll tell you exactly which skeletons drop the pickups. They're both the skeletons that approach from the east alcove where the connected vases are located (they must have swiped them before you arrived). The one that appears from the right as soon as you enter the room carries shotgun shells, which spawn only after you break the vases on the left of the ledge in that (east/right) alcove. The other skeleton that comes from the same position, but when you approach the large medipack on the overhead shelf in the west/left alcove, is the one that carries the small medipack, which spawns after you shoot the vases on the right of the ledge in the east/right alcove. I'll repeat, I don't think it matters when you shoot the vases, just that the pickups won't spawn until after the vases have been shattered, and they spawn where the skeleton that "dropped" them died, but only if they die in a good place (which, as far as I can tell means on a ledge, and not in the pit or possibly bugged into a wall or pushed over the edge by overcrowding). Sorry this is so long, I just wanted to provide as much information as I can, so that others won't have to duplicate my work (maybe it'll save them some frustration). Good luck, and I hope that helps. |

Lighting should be improved in this cutscene, in which Lara and Jean-Yves are both overshadowed:

This is also an issue in Chronicles with Verdinet in Ireland. You can't see much of his character details like you could in the original graphics.
