Maybe they can repurpose the character and actually make something worthwhile out of her. It's going to be a whole new writing team so it's entirely possible to elevate this shell of a character into something more interesting.

It's interesting how they completely ignore the existence of TR Revisioned and call this the first time Lara appears in an animated series.

That was more of a series of shorts. Not a series’s with one consistent narrative. Even the art style changed at multiple points.

Writing for the Netflix series has finished! Hopefully full production starts soon!
Also axes, so if there was any doubt this was indeed in the reboot continuity, then I guess this confirms it even more |
