I've never played a PC game before and I don't intend to either.

Do you make no exception even if a game is a PC exclusive like the Tomb Raider II remake by Nicobass?

I thought mouse and keyboard range of motion was horrible with the limited dpad-esque movements. It's like WASD is the dpad and the mouse is the right analog stick. Console controls are much easier IMO.

As much as I was so excited and having a good time playing TRL (I find it to be a nice exciting refreshing new start after the game failed to be very innovative), I was so surprised and DISAPPOINTED it took me less than five days to finish (with a maximum of 2 hours playing per day). I was getting ready for a game that will take me a minimum of two weeks, maybe a month or more (TR4/TR3) to complete.

I did get stuck a little bit, or had to think my way out but that just didn't take more than few minutes to understand what to do; and the way out of the situation was just there in your face; unlike previously, where you needed to backtrack all your way to another room or area which meant you are looking for your way out in the wrong section.

However, TRL I believe was really tough in acquiring many of its gold secrets and artefacts, especially the gold ones. Yes those needed deep thinking in many places and were fun to get. I might say TRL was hardest in finding the secrets, but not for general story driven gameplay.

I watched your blind plays and I didn't think you did that badly at all actually. I really enjoyed watching those videos btw.

As far as TRL goes I agree it's not quite as easy as its made out to be. Not on first playthrough. Some levels/bosses are way harder than others. I think it's the relative short length of the game in combination with having played through it several times that makes people say it's easy.

Depends on the game. Legend is doable with keyboard and mouse because it doesn't take camera control away from you all that often and you can basically use the camera to make more fine movements. But Anniversary has far more fixed camera moments that make precision jumps harder with WASD and Underworld is even worse with its weird half-automatic camera.

To be fair I would say that the Japan, Ghana and England boss fights can be quite difficult on a blind playthrough.
