Mine is level 40
I gave up on Cofi...thingy. Caught a Litwick. I now have 2 fire Pokemon but it means I can be a bit more flexible with Emboar's moveset, besides, his attack is way better than his special attack. And I always wanted a haunted candle

EDIT: Does this glitch actually work? If it does, can someone explain it to me? The video jumps around a lot and the description is hard for me to comprehend. Thanks!!

I have heard about this glitch before, but I've never known it to work on an emulator, and certainly not to create shinies. It's supposed to replicate items and Pokemon - something like putting a Pokemon with your item in a box, then switching to the box, and turning the game off as it saves. It can corrupt your game though, so I've never tried it. And as you see in the video, his Lugia was called Gyarados, and had its stats.

Congrats.

That's a good team btw, I'd keep it. The only change I would make personally is to remove Simisage and use an alternative grass type, such as Leafeon, Tangrowth or possibly Ferrothorn. Although you already have an Eevee evolution so maybe not Leafeon. (Although I started playing White 2 yesterday and I have two Eevee evolutions, Vaporeon and Espeon.)

I swapped Simisage for Glaceon I don't have any grass moves, but Espeon can easily Psychic any Pokemon weak to grass that is stong against electric.
Plus I adore Glaceon.

I have Espeon and Umbreon on my Soul Silver too. Eeveelutions are awesome.
