So I am considering having an area with rooms that can flip upside down. Am I likely to experince any complications with this?

i assume you will have to make an upside down duplicate since i don‘t know of a way to actually flip a room or make her walk on the ceiling.

While it would have to be done with flipmaps, I decided it would be way too complicated which is a shame as it is somewhat of an original idea.

I only need one area to complete the objective of finding the 3rd cog and that would be that more or less.

I bet you could find a creative solution to the upside down room delema. There are ways to simulate a room change beyond flipmaps by using some of the features available to us these days with TRNG (or TREP if you somehow never made the switch...). Namely teleporting Lara to a different room, but in a clever way that makes it unknown to the player. Of course, I don't know what you have in mind, so I can't be very specific. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat about it!!

EDIT: This map overview is really cool! I love seeing levels like this.

So I have a complete 10 minute level out of this but it does need a lot of fixing and making the gameplay a little less dull.
