Just in case nobody here has seen it yet, Konrad Majewski has just released a fantastic custom model mod for Tomb Raider Anniversary!

Not complicated at all
![]() The final step you shared is now different (and easier) to what you quoted. 1. Extract the hook tool download into the anniversary game folder - including the extra bink32 dll file. 2. Create an empty folder named "mods" in the same directory. Place the extracted mod "drm" files into that new folder. Run the game ![]() Last edited by mizuno_suisei; 12-08-22 at 07:36. |

It's not working. Got the hook debug menu working - even have reshader working but with the drm files in a mods folder I have nothing (STEAM version!).
![]() edit: got it working by doing the TRAE UNITS thing not the mods folder. ![]() Last edited by GeekOfComedy; 15-08-22 at 19:47. |

To the noobs: Download and extract TRAE-Menu-Hook files to D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Tomb Raider Anniversary Repeat for the binkw32.dll file Create a folder in the TR directory, mine looks like D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Tomb Raider Anniversary\mods Download and extract the lara.drm file from which ever mod you download from Nexus into the new mods folder Start the game and select a level and the outfit should appear. You can't mix and match mods either, I tried. Like changing lara.drm to lara_aod.drm glitched the outfit Last edited by Hotwings; 11-10-22 at 05:58. |

I'd love to play with Konrads mod, but for some reason I cant make it work. Anyone got any tips?
As far as I can tell I've done everything right, the menu hook 'seems' to work but the character model isn't changing. Even copied someone else's (who I trust!) install with it working, but still nothing. Tried both "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Tomb Raider Anniversary\mods" and "D:\trae\units" methods EDIT: Nevermind, I don't know what I did but it suddenly started working!

I made a mix between PC and PS3 textures, and made my own normals because Legend's are gross. ![]() ![]() Last edited by HenryCST; 04-12-22 at 01:40. |
