Ooooohhh, that might just be what gets me to go ahead and start a new TR5 playthrough! Finally! Red Alert will be so much less frustrating now.

Thanks for the dedication to this project.

Wow, this will be a true gamechanger! Thanks for that (and all the work everyone has put into this already).

I read this as "Hey LateRaider, it's finally time for you to install the tomb5 project." Very excited for what's next!

Excelent work! Chronicles was desperately in need of an update like this for a long time.

Thank you all for your kind words!

New release is here!

changelog

Cheats have changed. be sure to check out our brand new usage guide for the new cheats, details on the new options and an installation guide!

highlights: (check the changelog for full list!)
  • Red Alert savegame bugs are officially history
  • Subtractive blending for black smoke!

  • Toggleable fog

I personally wasn't too sure about this one, then saw how close the game looks to PSX now, and I can't play with fog anymore
(it is optional, of course )

  • Statics now react to dynamic lighting:

Here's a picture of the original, for comparison :P

Hope everyone enjoys this update
As always, for any bug reports, reach out to me in any way. (here, PMs, anywhere!)
And, all feedback is appreciated, let me know what you think!
Happy raiding

Wow, great update! The fog change is an interesting one because you can see the appeal of both options so choosing would be a tough one. I think I would choose to have the fog switched on in Rome because the aesthetics look great, but off in Ireland because it can make dark areas like the windmill look a little too light.

Fantastic job as always Troye
