None of that is (technologically) impossible.

Not technically, but Sony as a company in general just won't bother. They for some reason went out of their way to drop CD support, something that literally everything supports and it's dirt cheap. I want full BC, but Sony has been difficult with it for ages, why would they change that now?

I'm not disagreeing with that. You just said it was impossible, which is different to just "it won't happen."

Thanks, but my name is Seth (now).
A silver slim model?
I’m coming over now to see it and we can play some couch co op games while I’m there admiring your rare PS2!

Nice. Is it really that rare? Just checked prices and if anything they seem cheaper than the black slims.

It’s rare to me! I’ve never seen one in person, only the black ones. So if it’s anything to you I’m jealous you have that PS2 haha
I wish one of my PS2s was special like that.

Are you ****ing serious

CD format has been around since the 1982 ( when the first one came out). Since then your PS360 has it, your PS2 has it, the original XBOX has it, your 52878353629 DVD and CD Players support it, the amount of PC’s who still have a disk as of now, the PS1 etc etc

It’s like the Wii U, that doesn’t support DVD’s and Nintendo gave a logical response as to why.. because your household has a couple of DVD players

I have all of them except the PS1. My dad sold it back in the day when he got the PS2 bc it was backwards compatible.

I have a fat PS2, slim PS2, fat PS3, slim PS3, white PS4, and white PS4 Pro.
I’m clearly a Sony Pony
I still have my PSX and a PS2 original model. I did have a PS2 slim but I ended up getting rid of it for trade in value for the original PS3 model.

I have the PS3 slim now but I really want one of the original 60GB models of the PS3 that run PS2 games. I really loved how that console looked.
