I'm only a few pages in and I am genuinely amazed at how well this script reads! It's an absolute pleasure!

I agree! It's also Lara's origin story from the original 1996 biography.

Also guys I think this is real. The website looks like it's 20 years old.

Or maybe his script was put in the trash like the one with Lara pregnant with an alien baby.
What?! o.O Thank god this didn’t happen. Is the baby Reboot Lara by any chance?

EDIT: The script is terrible omg. Anything but that Himalayan crash, again. Why are people so interested in Lara’s origins? Enough already (even if it’s a script from 20 years ago).

TRI manual => Lara’s origins
TRIV Cambodia => Lara’s real origins
TRV Ireland => Lara’s real definitive origins
TR2013 => A new origins story for a new Lara
Rise => New Lara’s newer origins story
Shadow => The new definitive origins story for Lara, where she’ll become the TR she’s destined to be.
TR2018 => A brand new Lara with a brand new origins story.

This script was written in 1997, the only source material was TRI and maybe some insider knowledge of TRII. We have never seen the origin story of classic Lara in the games or in a movie. I would have loved to have seen it. If you actually read the script you notice that it's more than just the Himalayas.

I love the old biography so much. Lara daughter of aristocrats, the event in the Himalayas that changes her ... everything was so great

Iíve read it and itís all about that Himalayan story. If youíve read my post, you wouldíve noticed that I know the script is approximately 20 years old. But that doesnít make up for the script being literally uninspired...

While I respect your opinions, what is so great about it? It isnít unique. Itís just a hardened-after-trauma cliche. TR2013 did one thing right and that was Yamatai...

There are no family matters. Lara is the daughter of aristocrats who abandons a life of luxury to pursue her dreams ... Better than the cliche of archaeologist's daughter (daughter of indiana jones) and daddy dramas.

In the new biography I feel that Lara is an archeologist simply because her father is an archaeologist. A rich girl without aspirations.

With all due respect Tomb Raidering the Himalayan section is mentioned at the beginning and doesn't show up again (I'm not sure the script appears to be incomplete)

The plot actually seems to revolve around finding the Scion with both Natla and Pierre making appearances.
