Great! It was settled neatly!
Because...I used GT_USED_INVENTORY_ITEM.

When I picked up a diary(Key_Item5), the placed picked-up-trigger that contains enable GT3 kicked in.
And that GT3's PerformTriggerGroup contains Flipmap FlipOn.
So Lara will look at firewood forcibly. (A torch is in the firewood).
Because there is a hint in the diary indicates where you use a torch.

Anyway, I don't need to use GT anymore.
I use organizer instead.↓

When Lara picks up a diary, it pops up.
And F222 show Diary's first page.
After one second (When Lara closes the diary), F125-Flipmap FlipOn.

Everything is OK.

Hey, all.

I looked at the text print tutorial but found it very confusing. What I want to do is briefly display a string of text at the bottom of the screen during a level (not at the start, during the level at a certain point)

Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance

EDIT: Well, this was a waste of a post, it was nothing special at all. Sorted now. Sorry about that.

Hello,

maybe someone could help me. I customized the flare to the TR3 Style with sparks and smoke and gave it a red glow.

Everything works fine, however, when Lara ignites the flare it's still green for a few seconds (like in tr4) and then turns to red. How can I avoid the green igniting?

Here is the script command in case I wrote something wrong.

^ to remove the flare tint at the beginning and at the end you have to use FLEP with "Remove flare green tint" flag

Ah, guess I still thought in the way of TREP.

But good to know that I can modify it and TRNG Features still work.

Hope it's not too off topic, but when I try to patch the .exe with FLEP I can't execute it anymore.



I put a tick by "Extended tomb exe" and Remove flare green tint"

Thanks that worked fine . Guess it had to to with using a 1.3.0 and higher version of the TRNG Editor.
