I'm liking them so far! I like the dark lighting too, I'm looking forward to seeing more screenshots

Unfortunately, I am removing those textures as they are not working out. I hate transition textures that never work.

In fact, all I have are useless rooms. I don't know why I bother

That's not true at all! Even if these rooms don't work out, you're still getting more and more experience with the Level Editor.

A lot of my ideas haven't been working out lately either. I'm basically stuck at a certain section of rooms and I can't figure out how I want it built. Nothing looks as good as it should and I feel like it's been that way for weeks.

During these times it's sometimes best to take a short break and not try to force any ideas out; that always seems to make me more stressed about my building. It makes it seem like a chore rather than a hobby.

Regardless, I really hope you don't feel that way because I've seen a lot of your screenshots from recently and from past works. I don't post here often but I try to keep up with everything, and I have to say I love the way you build!

I have to agree with CourierNumber6 - I loved all your other work and your past games like 'Temple Sewer' or 'Return To Greece', they had a very nostalgic feeling.

I understand that it is sometimes frustrating when things don't come out the way you had imagined them. But then, as already said, it is the best to have a short break and not to force it.

That room with the motorcycle looks very promising, even if there is not much to see yet. It's just the atmosphere, the darker lighting and that very cool green/mossy floor.

Keep up the work and don't let anything demotivate you.

@Opaque: Don't be so harsh on yourself, just give it some time until you find the right ideas.

You have released good levels until now, no need to rush anything, you have proven you have the talent to do it.

Thanks guys. However, I stopped this project to replace it with a town/city like setting. Classic textures this time and may include other styles as well. Not sure yet

EDIT: That's even worse. Never mind, I'll keep thinking.

Whatever style you come up with, I'm sure it'll look great! Keep us updated, too; I'm sure a lot of us would like to give any advice we can on screenshots

I just seem to be losing motivation because of the fact that Dino Caves isn't getting anywhere other than what you see below

If it doesn't give you fun maybe you should cancel it and think about something else. You're not obliged to do it if it doesn't give you happiness.

^did you fall on a pool full of depression lately?

@Opaque: I love the atmosphere, maybe the "limit" rocks should be higher since Lara can reach high rocks and limit can be "sorta" seen, also some more transitions are indeed needed, TR1 hadn't that much of them
