There are rumors that there's a total of 30 or 32 outfits in the game. I unlocked a total of 28. Can't find more (yet?). Maybe they count challenge outfits, I don't know. I'll keep looking into this.

Don't forget to restart Steam after applying new saves. For whatever reason it doesn't detect new saves until restarted.

EDIT: LOL, that's one funny bow. It *seems* that it makes enemies attack each other. As long as you have poison arrows. Looks like it uses Baba Yaga's gas.

There's a total of 31 -- plus the Dark Tank Top and Rust Henley, which are in the game, but inaccesible through normal play. I believe that the game becomes unstable if you have more than 32 outfits available to you, though, so it's best to just unlock one or the other via hacking, and leave the other one out...

In an ideal world, we'd be provided with two game saves then, right?

There's also thirty weapons -- 9 bows, 8 pistols, 6 rifles and 7 shotguns. This includes the Rattlesnake revolver and the Snowflake rifle, which are similarly inaccesible through normal play, but unlockable with hacking.

Dark Top and Rust Henley I unlocked, but classic outfits aren't available in story mode, right? I'd love to play story mode with TRAOD outfit.
Also I heard if you unlock more than 32, game starts glitching out.

They are not available until you enter post-story free roaming, no. I'm not sure if the Reimagined Antarctica outfit works the same way, but it might...

They're available at any time in Expedition Mode, though, but that has nothing to do with your game save.

All done. Check out my first post and re-download the save. After copying new save, don't forget to restart Steam - this is required.
FYI, saves also work on pirated game - for those who are interested.

TRAOD Lara looks soooooooooooo pretty! Also unlocked TRII Lara, TR (1996) Lara and Chronicles Catsuit Lara. If there was one thing this game was missing, it's the catsuit.

P.S. Maybe I'll look further and if I find two same outfits (just recolored), I'd rather delete one and include "Bomber" Lara. Tell me if you think it's a good idea, or what outfit should I remove.

I would suggest to remove the Dark Tank Top, since it looks unfinished, and the description for it is written in a way that makes it look like a testing outfit.

Besides, we know the Rust Henley was supposed to be released alongside the Snowflake rifle, but it never was. Later, even the rifle itself was removed from the game, unless you already had a game save with it unlocked.

I don't know why they did this -- the other two community rewards (the Blue Henley and the Whiteout Jacket) are permanent...

This is ultimately down to personal preference, though. My suggestion is just what I would like.
