Yeah. Even though that communism has proven again and again and again that it is a complete failure and worse than capitalism some people for some reason still believe that communism is better.

Che managed to make Cuba a worse country with his "revolution" and Soviet Union became so bankrupt and poor that it got dissolved.

Most of these people live in countries that have nothing to do with communism, so they may have some beautiful imaginations.

But for people who live or have lived under the communist regime, the word is full of fear, despair, misery.

Communism isn't democracy as far as I can tell. I'm a fan of good old fashioned common sense British democratic socialism, that gave us the NHS. Which laiiser faire capitalism and idoological spite has now destroyed.

You're right. Cuba under Batista was so much better

Cuba has the longer life expectancy for citizens (compared to many nations like USA), higher skilled doctors, cures for numerous diseases, and beat out developed nations in a lot. What keeps the Island from progressing are phony sanctions that were meant to crush the people and the government but Cuba continues to prevail.

None of the LotR characters were boring. Galadriel was good the way she was. Not this angsty teen character that's thousands of years old.
