Why don't you guys use Antimicro / Joy2Key / etc. to bind your controller input to keyboard presses? They work well 🙂

There's still no way of getting the remastered FMVs to work with this patch, correct?

I don't know if this has been reported or fixed already, but I think I found an issue specific to the decompile. On certain very thin ledges that cause Lara to swing when grabbing them, she cannot pull up them until she shimmies despite there being plenty of space up top. Example ledge: the branch with the first monkey in Jungle when you're sliding down at the start.

Yup, I noticed that too.
Area 51, thin ledge, can't pull up unless shimmy first

Unless I misunderstood something (from reading one of the commits), it should be fixed in the next build.

Hi everyone!
New update is here it's finally ready!

Full changelog here.

First, we fixed the little bug that makes Lara let go of triangular ledges randomly. That annoying bug is officially history. We fixed a few original bugs but this one deserves a special note
You may also notice that underwater blood is smoother now, and no longer flashes in and out of existence

Quite a few additions this release, biggest news would be the PSX Save System. That's right, it is now possible to choose to restrict saves to crystals only - Also, Lahm made a neat program (You can find it within the config tool) that changes the crystal texture to match the blue PSX crystals, we've also added the option for blue light to emit from the crystal instead of green!

We also moved weather particles spawn points from around Lara, to around the camera. this doesn't affect normal gameplay much, but in case of camera angles it is a very noticeable improvement. And while we're at the subject of weather, we've now doubled the amount of weather particles that spawn!

Lastly, a little present for builders, we raised the amount of TPages/TInfos from 32/4096 to 128/16384 respectively! this should give you much higher leeway with textures/object texture details when creating levels

As for bugs that tomb3 introduced, we fixed the thin ledge pull up bug, fixed a few issues with music muting, and much more! Don't forget to read the changelog for the full list

And be sure to check out the Use guide for help with installation/updating!

That's all for now, Grab the new version here!
And as always, enjoy!

Crystals in the inventory

Improved electricity on Lara and Puna's head

Excellent work as usual, but I particularly love how this is finally fixed. It has always irked me so much.

Thank you for yet another amazing update! <3

Thank you for your work!
The Blue crystal light option seems to be reversed? When unchecked it glows and vice versa. Am I doing something wrong?
And is the glow color incredibly subtle, or I'm color blind? Because I can't seem to visually differentiate any color when the glow is turned on?
Thank you again!

Yay finally save crystal with save purpose and blue crystal.
Crystal leftover in the Jungle demo and the healing ones in the retail game made me sad, but now the crystal has save function. Thank you so much.
