Talking Weird rainbow lighting? Help? :D

Hey! I've encoutered a rather weird lighting or texture bug.
I played through this game several times and this is the first time it happened.
It's all over the game, always just a small area and you can see it from a mile away.
Changing settings did nothing. Have any of you guys seen this?

I'm not a tech expert, but that might be a directX issue, a similar thing happened to me when playing Deus Ex Mankind Divided with the DX 12 turned on.
Or it could be that your GPU is having some trouble handling the game, try installing the latest drivers.
Looks pretty rad, though. : )

I am afraid the condition is a little more severe than a driver gone missing.

Is your graphics card in working condition?
Some specs of your system would help the reader of your post to help you identify the possible malfunction.

In the tech support section you can find some tools to help you do an analysis of your system. A doctor of some sort.

Try this:

Run autoruns, I think this is the diagnostics tool by Escondr. At least there is some information then. Maybe it is indeed the drivers. But I think your graphics card is broken.

It's not even a half year old RTX 3060Ti that's been running Hogwarts Legacy maxed out just fine for the past month.
Anyway - while restarting the game didn't resolve it, booting it up today led to no problems.
I was testing and comparing raytraced shadows on & off a lot yesterday, so the GPU might have been confused..
I played for 4 hours today and had no issues whatsoever so I don't know..
It could've been reshade misbehaving or the updated DLSS dll that didn't come with the game.

If this happens to anyone - reboot your machine - it helped

@jeffrey van oort thanks for your help. If I encounter it again, I'll run some diag tools

@Shirley_Manson It does look cool it reminded me of those lara.exe mods

Rainbow lighting? Either shrooms or the gay agenda working. Maybe both.
(it actually looks pretty haha)
