LAU Trilogy Cutscenes issue

So I just started playing the LAU Trilogy on my pc. I’ve had the games off steam. So this issue I’m having is that the cut scenes are not playing especially the QTEs. It’s not like the games are freezing because I’m able to skip the cutscenes but I can’t get past the QTEs because obviously I have to play in those parts. TRU does play some of the cutscenes to a certain point then it stops and again I’m able to skip the cutscenes and continue playing.

Does any one have or has had this issue. If so, is there anything that I can do to fix the issue.
