No I didn't, but it doesn't matter. The title of the thread is clear as day.
And no thank you, I will never check any political sub forum because I value my sanity. |

The comment that tried to correct the thread title was posted 9 hours after the OP (not title) was last edited. So how is the original OP even relevant?
![]() That user's shenanigans are just so tired. It's been 13 years of trolling. You're a grown ass man (with a baby that you used to convince people into thinking some fake VHS tape you made was real). Give it up. OT: There's also some TR3 gameplay footage they used in this show. |

If anything, it was at least as clear as it is now, if not more so because the OP elaborated that in the series someone is playing TR1 for some time and then calls the helpline because they are stuck on a level. They further added that it (the series) was set in the 90s and in those days there were hotlines you could call if you got stuck. Therefore stating that TR1 appears in a Netflix series (which happens to be Painkiller) was absolutely correct. Anyway, everybody please stay on topic and avoid getting personal. Thank you.

I love when TV shows use real games instead of fake made up ones! Cool to see them using TR! I wish their use of the game was a bit more realistic however. It’s so silly how they cut it up and edited it knowing how the game is actually played. But I guess it works better for the tone they’re going for.

I have not seen the television series yet.
But the tv series is named Painkiller on Netflix, and this television series on Netflix has Tomb Raider footage? I don't know if that is symbolical. Pretty good find. 3.

I never stated TR1 was on netflix, i said tr1 appears in a show on netflix. Also, of course you dont play TR by mashing buttons, but you need to realize they are creating a TV show, the watcher needs to believe they are playing a video game, using the controls as normal would show no button pressing making the actor look like theyre just holding the controller and not playing. |

PainKiller is an awesome miniseries, I've watched it twice
