Oh no nothing wrong with that, just wondered why the quote box had the wrong name, a BB code quirk that ended up like that which made me wonder for a second. It's all good

Cocaine Bear Enjoyable, although Scott Seiss is wasted. More gore than I expected but not pornish with it.

I haven't seen Cocaine Bear yet it's on my to watch list, had there been no gore I would have been disappointed you can't have a movie about a bear high on drugs and leave out the gore, regular bears are violent enough without drugs.

Bears on drugs or bears that have been infected by something like a virus would be difficult to deal with, in Days Gone on the hardest difficulty there were Rager bears which were challenging to deal with though there was a way to deplete half its health bar with one shot lure it to a fuel tank at a petrol station and boom.

The only thing more challenging than a Rager bear on hard difficulty was the Breaker class Freaker they're Incredible Hulks and can cause a hell of a lot of damage.

Breakers can be dealt with in the same way as the Rager bear but it's better not to fight them on hard difficulty unless it's absolutely necessary one mission had me fighting 3 Breakers simultaneously and I was killed, when I reloaded I didn't bother fighting them again and threw a radio to lure them away from me and sneaked in through the back door to complete the mission objective which was steal a bag of flour for plot reasons.

If it doesn't already exist there will probably be a director's cut with extra gore at some point.

Speaking of added gore blood and violence in movies the unseen edition of M3GAN on DVD should have been the version released in cinemas I wasn't expecting Kill Bill levels of gore with limbs being chopped off every 5 seconds and blood being sprayed onto every surface but a little more violence than what was in the version in cinemas would have been preferable.

With the current strike over the use of AI in making TV shows and movies maybe they are right to be worried, if M3GAN was a movie executive and an actor said no to something it wouldn't be long before heads would be rolling across the floor.

I'd like to see M3GAN take on Wolverine in a one on one fight.

We got caught up on Only Murders in the Building last night.

I adore Steve Martin and Martin Short, so this show is like catnip injected into my vein, but it's genuinely both funny and a little scary. On Hulu, if you have it.

John Carter of Mars. Not bad. It felt a little like what the Star Wars prequels were trying to be. The fact that this movie was such a massive bomb makes me a little sad.

Default Equalizer 3

Equalizer 3 at the movies. We enjoyed it. Certainly lots of killings.

Anyone else been watching and loving, The Wheel of Time - season 2?

Unfortunately it's only 8 episodes per season and so we're already at half way (next episode is 5).

I think I'm just going to have to take the plunge and get back into reading big time, and read the books.

I've read book 1 but was holding off because I want to enjoy the TV series but it's going to take many years from them to do this and I need to now what happens.

I love the world and characters.

Started my lead up to Halloween with "Resident Evil" from 2002. While not true to the games I do find it a guilty pleasure to watch. Michelle Rodriguez is fun to watch as Rain. Martin Crewes was one of my other favorite characters as Kaplan.

The first Resident Evil movie was actually really good.

It was fun sure, and visually appealing, but I guess I'm just too old for this. Like, yes, it has a positive message about feminism and equality, but it feels kinda surface level and derivative. It's all been said and is being said in everyday discourse for the past 10 years.
Also the camera can't seem to stay on the same shot for more than 0.5 seconds. Perfect for the TikTok generation, but I found it pretty annoying.
I watched Barbie and I agree with Shirley Manson.
There are many fun moments, but in general it's overrated.
I'm sure it will win many Oscars (in these late years I never agree with Oscars results).

What I loved more is the final song by Billie Eilish, but an emotional moment at the end of the movie is not enough to change my general mood about the film.
