Wel, first of all she doesn't want to be associated with this franchise and second of all, it's time to leave the past in the past.

I feel like nobody else has the vernacular to embody Lara Croft like Angelina, idk, she set the bar high, it was like lara croft was based off angelina herself how great she did at personifying Lara.

Yeah. I agree. I cannot really see any other actress doing a better job.. That's why I think that going forward they should just have anime and CGI movies. Or at least have a CGI movie.

Angelina never liked Lara Croft. They had to make Lara more Angelina.

My answer is no.

Angelina was wonderful and had her moment. But if Alicia Vikander has shown us anything, it is that a new actress with passion can be Lara.

People should remember that Lara Croft held the Triangle of light. In any universe at any time she could have went to. Even to assist her self in another timeline.

Even to assist another actor playing Lara Croft.

If they are going for a Rise of the Tomb Raider movie. I kind of expect AJ's Lara to show up in the divine source room. Reboot Lara would keep the divine source, and maybe reboot Lara would need another version of Lara to convince Lara to destroy the divine source.

I'm very interested in what they are going to do with this movie. I also think that if they'd skip Rise of the Tomb Raider, they should skip Shadow of the Tomb Raider too and make a Tomb Raider Anniversary, and have AJ play Jacqueline Natla and AV play Lara Croft.

I personally disagree. Alicia Vikander, for me, was a terrible Lara. Maybe because she was doing the Survivor Reboot Lara which I dislike as it is, not sure.

Alicia was terrible,very bland,but that is reboot lara so i guess she played that character well, but the real lara croft is back alicia wont cut it.

Calling Alicia Vikander's bland is like knowing absolutely nothing about her performances... I like the fact that she's really passionnate about her work and even Lara. I hope we will see her again. Angelina can direct maybe but I don't know If she has shot an action movie before that.
