I hope you like it

I have its SVG in case you want, I always release my stuff as CC non-attribute, so feel free to tell me if you liked it or not, it was a quick design though

My best wishes to this project, you guys are doing a great job no matter what.
Tomb Engine would be the definitve TR level editor if all of that works (TR1-5 items, weapons, etc)

Take your time to finish this masterpiece

I think the name TEN and red logo 10 are both perfect. Ten is also sense as the 'top' and final number... like, 10/10 when scoring. So I think it's a great choice, and we have bigger things to worry and obsess about when it comes to level editing

Amazing news! Thanks for keeping us up to date Lwmte. I hope you guys manage to complete the missing pieces. A first beta release is all I want for Christmas.

Thank you for the logo @Richard_trle, we'll add this to TEN!

I wanted to update you that savegames are in the work, and we are writing a system that can make savegames valid even if we update the engine with new features. Probably this sunday TEN will feature working savegames.

Why TEN? Why not a... For example MEN (Monty ENgine) or WOMEN (WOnderfull Monty ENgine).

While I like the gradient on the red, I think the original white text for the numbers both provides greater continuity with TR5, and has a better contrast for low resolutions.

I agree, the original logo in the first post of this thread is better for the eye and reminds much more of TR5 than Richard_trle's version.

That looks much better.

Edit: This wouldn't exactly be a priority, but I would like to suggest preserving the level skip/all weapons cheat tradition from previous engines as an out of the box feature (Although some builders may like the option to disable cheats). For example a new move sequence that incorporates elements of previous cheats but with a new twist like the first three games, as well as all previous similar TR sequences resulting in a TR2 style explosion.

It was one of the ways Core used to mess with players, and would be a nice aspect of the engine to preserve.
