Default Comprehensive tutorials for Tomb Editor

Hello everyone.

scooper96 has very kindly produced a series of tutorials for Tomb Editor and has asked me to share them with our community. Will those of you who are familiar with Tomb Raider and have some time take a look at let me know what you think?

Thank you very much.

Wow! I think these are really good tutorials and will be helpful to everyone but there are things that I'd suggestP:

- Change the front page logo to appropriate one (Tomb IDE should have the logo of that program and etc)

- Make a bit more interactive (If possible) for example go to page ... to view the certain section

And I think that's it. Also make this thread sticky so it doesn't get lost?

Wow, thank you so much for this effort! TE manual was long awaited thing. Only thing I want to note is I strongly recommend to avoid calling TE as "Tomb Raider Next Generation", as well as avoid using Paolone's arts. It may cause confusion, especially for new builders, who may think that TE is somehow related to TRNG, while those are completely different things.

If you need high-resolution TE/TIDE/WT/ST logos, background art or UI icons, we can provide those so you can use it in manual.

After unzipping and opening the files, my pc started to behave strangely and didn't boot. I had to format and reinstall Windows.
Was it a coincidence or did the downloaded file have a virus? The antivirus detected more than 4,000 files inside the zip. It is normal?

There are 31 files in total according to Windows Explorer (see screenshot below). All files were scanned using www.virustotal.com and the results of these scans are posted in the OP.

VirusTotal inspects items with over 70 antivirus scanners and URL/domain blacklisting services, in addition to a myriad of tools to extract signals from the studied content.

For example, when you save your word file, the document, the pictures, videos, audio and other details are wrapped up into a single file (DOCX file). So, when you scan that DOCX file, all its components get scanned. I scanned a single PPTX I made and it showed it scanned 168 files.

I would recommend you to scan your word files on VirusTotal.

PDF files may contain a variety of content besides flat text and graphics including logical structuring elements, interactive elements such as annotations and form-fields, layers, rich media (including video content), and three-dimensional objects using U3D or PRC, and various other data formats.
