I would like to know if someone knows if there will be any of this competitions in this year (ORC,CAC,.....etc.)

Also how can i make show on screen like this :

I showed one image as an example of what i want to acomplish in my level (how can i make text apear as dialogue ??? in TE ) bc i don't know how can i make it !

Your question is rather vague.
Do you mean a string, like "Somewhere in the year 2000......."?

You can script your txt msg in "script.txt" & "English.txt" the editor will read this out on the trigger where you've set this to according to the script.

If you want subtitles or captions in the cutscenes, I haven't seen someone do this yet, but you can record your home made cutscene, and manually caption them or give them subtitles, then save this as a videofile, then use a trigger in the level editor to load the videofile. Et voila, un cinema de l'experience au Tomb Raider exquisite.

Also, this is the second time I see you writing: answer me.
This is not a live chat, therefore people are not here, waiting to answer everything.
Sometimes you can even wait for two or more days if the question is not easy to answer.

And about BtB or CaC, it is unsure because currently, we have at least two ongoing challenges, such as the Revival challenge and Triple C.
I can't say there will be CaC because Triple C's deadline is 31st August if my memory serves me well.
AgentXP as the creator and moderator of that challenge said that she's not sure.
But I am not AgentXP so I can't talk instead of her.

Except all the other famous competitions/challenges, the second edition of "CeC" is in plans. Not soon though. But on the other hand not that far in the future
