Probably you are on an unsupported OS then. We are only supporting Windows 10.

You can keep the pre-August version but it won't be recieving any more updates.

In PC version what button is (with xbox one controller) to release Lara from the cliffs when she is clinging to them?

The Xbox controller is weird for this. It works completely differently to the PS one. It might not even be the face buttons. Try them all.

I tried the xbox patch but nothing, the rest of the controls are ok, in playstation is circle cause i tried it with a frined controller but i don't have ps controller.

I suposed it could be B but the button does nothing,maybe is not programmed at all.

Experimental Bloom (PSP Style)

We have been experimenting over the past few days with recreating the PSP style bloom. Here is a look at some tests:

DX11:

The OpenGL 3.2 renderer has been ported to DX11 this can be enabled with -dx11 launch argument.

I noticed some of the previous posts are discussing gamepad issues. Please be aware we will be investigating this issue and hopefully fix it in a future update. It is very likely we'll be switching purely to SDL2 and removing Direct8Input since it's buggy and incompatible with new Xbox controllers as some as you may have noticed (buttons are swapped).

There isn't really a level editor as such. There's an old version of Maya and a bunch of plugins for it that Core used to create the levels and export them. So basically it's a matter of rebuilding these using 3D modelling tools. So if we can't recover these lost areas, we will be able to restore them. The problem is that there are areas that we don't have screenshots of or where we know what they looked like but not how they worked, etc. Like, with Sanctuary of the Scion, we know what the main room with the Sphinx looked like and we have that one bridge room but we don't know how exactly it was going to function and how much or how little they changed the puzzles and level design from TR1.
