IMO Crash Bash had a few good modes but some of them sucked and were too difficult.
Now if they made it just a bit easier to control here and there I'd be up for a Crash Bash! The crate throwing and Pogo color thing were my favorite modes. Riding the polar bear sucked. I remember sorta liking the tank levels but hating the controls and how difficult it was. |

I enjoyed CTR and Bash a lot when I was a kid, but I think neither has the first three games' magic. They can't stand on their own 2 feet nowadays.
Maybe CTR as a really cheap PSN game...? |

So they remastered and released Stormy Ascent, I wonder if they will do the same to the other more unfinished cut levels...
I quite like the one where you're climbing vertically up the waterfall to Ripper Roo. It could easily be spliced in between Up the Creek and Ripper Roo. |

Hi all.
I have now competed CB1, CB2 and CB3 (all gems, coloured gems etc) with the exception of Golds on all Time Trials... Please can you advise which game I should start with, and in what order... (And realistically, how difficult are the gold time trail goals?) Cheers, Peter P.S CTR is phenomenal and one of the best karting games I've ever played. Fingers crossed it DOES get a remake; though to be fair I enjoy a good Rick-Roll.. |

^ People generally claim CB3 has the easiest time trials.
I don't know about CB1 or CB2. CB2, like CB3, gives you the shoes to sprint. CB1 doesn't and considering how much platforming and sidescrolling it has, the shoes don't make a lot of sense. In my opinion, the absence of shoes and other means of speeding through in CB1 (like sliding) make CB1 easier. VV knows you only have your normal pace and jumps to progress, so times are VERY generous. Then again, I'm no time trial expert and I'm content with the Gold (and about 10 Platinum) Relics I got |

Thanks Yunas Wish.
I had a bash at some of the time trials and I seem to be doing better at CB3 than CB1 so far... Not sure whats going on but it took an eternity for me to even pass the first level of CB1 haha... Maybe I should watch some youtube vids for some pointers :-) Hopefully speed up the whole process haha... |
