Fix for NEXT-GEN ?

Hello, i wonder if theres a fix for next generation graphics option while playing in kazakhstan. I looked online and found this https://steamcommunity.com/app/7000/...9742648003342/ but the link for cd-dvd version is no longer workeng. is there a new patch or new fix to this?

Rumour has it the more recent GOG releases of Legend fix some long term NG bugs!
