I wonder if those people are actually mayan natives that Lara will have to face. I would love that, specially if they give them the TR3 (natives in south Pacific islands) treatment... Except you know... Make them speak their native language.

Idk... I feel that the whole "native enemy savages" thing is flirting with racist undetones.

Maybe they are remnants like in the last game but that would seem repetative. Or maybe a crazy hoard of zombies.

This, I would be very disappointed if the natives become allies to Lara. I want hostility for once! The classics were all about hostile enemies.

I thought the monks were only hostile unless you shot one of them? Not everybody has to be hostile lol.

First I thought it was a jaguar, which it still can be, but now the thing moving behind her in the cave looks like a cogwheel to me. It may be some ancient mechanism that she completed like the wheel puzzle in the Lost Valley?
