Right? Even nowadays it’s always Classic Lara who gets referenced - and I love to see it! Always makes me happy to see her get mentioned (or something be blatantly inspired by her). Iconic queen

Yeah I was so thrilled she was used as an example for a strong powerful woman in that 2018 Charmed episode. Her impact will never be forgotten.

In Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped , there was a level called "Tomb Wader" that took place inside an Egyptian tomb where the water level rose up and down.

On a personal note, I remember some kid at my summer camp in the early 2000s that always wore a shirt with a dog wearing sunglasses with a parody of the "Tomb Raider" name. I want to say the shirt said "Woof Raider" or something like that but can't remember for the life of me what it actually said.

Lara is mentioned near the beginning of the horror movie The Descent.

In the the Netflix show Russian Doll one of the main characters is shown on his couch at home, playing Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Lara had an appearance on Totally Spies as well - lmao, I loved this show as a kid but was yet to discover Lara. So weird.

In 1999, italian songwriter Eugenio Finardi published a song dedicated to Lara, called Amami Lara, which was presented at Italy’s biggest musical festival (Sanremo).

Lara wants to go beyond it, alone in her labyrinth
Hunting it all, nothing remains
