For some reason I seem to remember Lara's year of birth being 1977 in the Legend/Anniversary/Underworld trilogy.
Does anyone have any solid proof that the year was updated from the classic 1968? Was it on a now-defunct web page? (The current Wikis do not count) In official magazines? I have checked some mainstream books but found nothing concrete.

It's given as January 1st, 1977 in leftover text strings people found in Legend's game files. For what it's worth, this is in fact Keeley Hawes' birthday, so it was likely only a placeholder, until they ended up removing the in-game character bios altogether.
I think 1977 makes sense, insofar as Lara's age was reset for the new trilogy (she became 29 again, just like she was in TR1), but this is technically not canonical information, because it's never stated anywhere else. |

Thank you
![]() Now I know what to search for so I can print it out and have it in my custom TR knowledge folder like an obsessive squirrel ![]() Someone mentioned a little while ago it said so on the PC box but I haven't been able to find an image (admittedly after only a light dig) and I don't have a PC copy. All the circumstantial evidence you provided is gold to me too ![]()
