Is it possible to change Lara’s eyes in The first levels where she wears The jeans jacket, because its missing The “white ball” if you know what I mean. I think its Kind of weird….

This may possibly be fixed in the next release. I haven't looked into it yet but it should be easy to fix.

Loving every second of the game after installing the Restoration files. Tank controls make the game so much more fun as I can finally control Lara more accurately. The trials in the Hall of Seasons worked a lot better as a result.
I do have an issue with sprinting (though I'm assuming it's not to do with this). I'm on the Monstrum Crime Scene level and I can't sprint. Everytime I press sprint whilst running, Lara stops to look around. Is this a known thing? |

I may be wrong. But I think Reborn changed it so you have to press sprint twice while running to get Lara to sprint.

I've been missing so badly the movement on this thread.

Hey everyone,
I didn't give an update for a while now since as tradition with this mod, this update started as mostly a voice line & audio update and kept getting bigger and bigger. However I did finally decide to finish up what's been worked on so far and leave the rest for future releases. I will release a video soon showing some of the stuff in this update, just waiting for some more things to be finalised but I will share some of the upcoming features of this update: - Several bug fixes, including some of the most known ones such as duplicating shards on the inventory and subtitles being shown for way too long (some of the longer ones even repeating multiple times). - Lara's sunglasses appearing randomly on cutscenes has been fixed for good, along with many other cutscene inconsistency fixes (even includes some widescreen specific issue fixes!). - Quite a sizable notebook overhaul, including a new feature where you can directly open the latest added entry with a single button press. The strange ordering of the entries in the retail game is also gone. - Several combat related improvements such as improved targetting & aiming (no dual targetting so don't ask please ![]() - Several boss fight tweaks and adjustments. The second form of Boaz especially had an overhaul to make this boss fight not a joke anymore. Eckhardt boss fight also had various improvement such as not being able to dodge every attack with commando crawling anymore and the boss fight being overall way faster, especially in the "summoning" phase. - Lara will do the "one hand ledge grab" animation less and less as upper strength upgrade increases. Kurtis will also never do the very long pendulum swing ledge grab animation anymore. - Around half of the levels in the game have brand new and/or tweaked voice lines. - Several nonsensical strength upgrades have been reworked to make them a bit more logical although this isn't complete yet and will continue in future updates. - Some levels will have re-enabled visuals and effects. - The knight enemies behaving incorrectly (and doing a weird dance on the spot), has been fixed on Tomb of Ancients, Hall of Seasons and Eckhardt's Lab. Really looking forward to finally releasing this update since I've been working on it for a very long time at this point, hopefully it will be out in a couple more weeks. ![]() Last edited by reborninshadow; 05-03-23 at 21:04. |
