This means that ROTTR happens before the movies!....WHICH REALLY MAKES SENSE! Think about it! The missing father is still part of the movie, when Lara is older than ROTTR Lara....

No, considering the reboot games are in a different universe to the others I doubt they're going to tie in together. Lara's father died by the Illuminati for the Triangle of Light. Richard died by Trinity because he was close to discovering Kizteh.

I don t know why, but I really believe this... + we have never seen trinity actually killing Lara s father.... Konstantine and Ana could have lied in order to maker Lara suffer + we have the movie Manor (if this is a reboot set in a different universe why choose the same one? )

No, in one flashback scene Richard is heard saying he doesn't give a damn about his reputation. Trinity had him killed and made it look like suicide.

Hey, they already changed it from Lara's parents being missing to her father killed by Trinity and her mother dying at a young age over the space of one game, perhaps for the third instalment her parents will be alive and well again.

If you want to believe that Lara will turn into the movie Lara then you go right ahead, I'm not stopping you.

They already let Lara suffer by letting her believe Richard killed himself all those years ago, telling her the truth was to ease the pain, which lets face it, failed.

An we've seen one room of the manor, even that was the study room. They might carry on and re-use the same model as LAU Manor. I mean that was the same as the films but LAU Lara wasn't the movie Lara.
