I'm lowkey down for Kurtis to come back in another form perhaps. A cool wink to AOD. He doesn't have to be the same or act the same, just a cool nod.
I kinda liked him.

Maybe Gropey is saddled with the huge backpack to keep his hands occupied. Hope he's carrying the water supply
He looks less like the bassist of a nu-metal band and more like the tough one in a Latino boy band now. Me gusta ![]() I like how the enemies are like the Trajan's Market gatekeepers mixed with the Legend London crypt serpent

The style cartoonish tried a realistically proportioned backpack and that looks weird. I would have given Kurtis an Universal monostrap bag. A bag with one strap. That is more Kurtis' goth style. Plus some Lux Veritatis paint on that. (The one).

Strange how a mobile game manages to make a model that's a lot better than the main game's counterpart. He had an incredibley punchable stare and face in AOD, with the lovely tentacles slapped on his forehead.

I'm not talking about the tech here. I'm talking about aesthetics.

I agree that he looks better now, arguably due to better tech as well as art style. |

Kurtis always looked like Ben Afleck to me. Still does here too. I don't get the huge backpack but whatever. I'm just happy TR is finally honoring it's classic characters. They waited so long to even acknowledge them. And they make the lore so rich and vibrant. I can't wait to see an entire lineup of classic Tomb Raider characters all together. Hopefully there's a spinoff game closer to the classics that utilizes them all in one massive story like underworld, but longer and more dense with lot's happening and all the characters having time to shine like Legend did with it's cast.
