After Thursday of this week my busy season will hopefully be over and I can finally have my regular hours back... and not work on Saturdays haha.

Feeling anxious and there isn't really a "why". The middle of my chest feels like it's made out of lead. All the rest of it. Horrible stuff.

I quit nightclubbing because it was never something I enjoy.

I watched A Dog's Purpose yesterday that movie made me several times
It's not the first movie with a dog that made me Hachi A Dog's Tale and My Dog Skip did as well. I haven't yet decided if I will watch Marley & Me. |

Fed up. My sleeping pattern is so messed up I'm not going to sleep until gone 4am and waking at around 1:30-2pm and I can't get out of, or even know how to get back to a more normal timeframe .

I feel your pain, it's so difficult to get right. I've had a similar pattern for months, sleeping from 2am to 10-11am, even 1-2pm for a few weeks. I finally managed to wake up early yesterday, then I ruined it by starting to read a long article at night and I ended up staying up until about 3am.
It's become really difficult for me to wake up lately as it looks like my brain's trying to process my life events, traumas and whatever else, and I keep having long dreams or nightmares. When I wake up and go back to sleep shortly after, sometimes they even continue. Been feeling better lately, but the past couple of days have been rough. I'm still fuming that my university is an absolute joke (and they're supposed to be a good one), I didn't expect much, but they still managed to let me down. No wonder I got depressed there. My home country is a sick joke with a bunch of clowns on top. |

We are on lockdown here for three more weeks. They might also tighten up the restrictions. Routine is the same - sleep in, feed the cats, eat, walk, groceries when necessary, eat, watch TV, play games, sleep..... have to force yourself to get up as same old, same old.
Edit: forgot to add exercise, work, clean house, reading, bake, etc. But, u get the picture. NOW - we are on lockdown until May 20th. with stricter rules. Police can even stop u in cars, anywhere, and ask why u are out. But, u can walk for exercise near your residence. Last edited by Cat Woman; 18-04-21 at 15:31. |
