Its if you press left/right BEFORE doing the short-hop.

There’s a bug in the PC version where Lara short hops to the last direction you walked albeit unintended, hence causing deaths...

Have a question is this another control bug of the PC version or my keyboard has a problem?

Whenever I sprint, up+right doesn't work.Lara doesn't want to slowly turn right while moving forward but Up+left works.

It's a keyboard issue. It's called ghosting
