Yes, something like this would work very well imo.

This is a forum. This would actually be a good base for TRF, but for a file sharing website, no. You might as well put a subsection in this forum and that'd be the same.
This.
And what is the purpose of WAD section? Will that include wad+texture packs like complete BtB wads or objects+fitting textures?

Perhaps WAD is the wrong word for it... how about 'Packages' or 'Collections'? It would be for any mixed asset release that is not a tutorial project.

Not bad but I agree that if it's a forums then it could have been just as well put into TRF.

I would like something more like TESNexus really. A whole site which sole purpose is to add mods and assets.

I agree....
I mean, just look how massive TRSearch is with all those objects etc.
It could get confusing when combined with the forums.

Perhaps a separate site purely for that purpose would be better? Dunno how these things work, so not sure how costly that is..

Yes I agree with the others preferring a full website rather than a forum. I'm imaging the homepage showing the latest new assets and levels added, with the different categories on a side panel.

In my opinion I feel like it wouldn't work out as a forum.. Because I feel like with things like level objects and textures that people might be downloading a lot at the same time and going through forum to category to subforum, etc. without previews of the uploads would put people off.

I feel like we just need something simple, something organized, and image previews of objects, etc.

But it is a good start!!
