Yes, definitely. From a technical standpoint--that is, as one who is trying to save screen space--I'd prefer clip if it was the right term, but magazine is the correct one and thus, it needs to stay.
I appreciate the help regardless though, sackboy123! |

This is a nice mod, I'm usually annoyed by inconsistencies. What was the Janice typo in the original text? I haven't played the game for years...

The original line was "No. You watch out ma cher. There's a lot of sickoes loose on the streets." "Ma cher" isn't even French, from what I can tell. Unless she's calling Lara "Mama Cher." In which case, I didn't know Janice was a Diva Fangirl...

"Mon cher" would have been correct if Janice was talking to a guy. But "ma cher" doesn't exist and I can't believe they forget the "e". I hate typos in subtitles. No, it doesn't. "Ma chère" = "my dear". |

Remember that there are chère and chérie.
The first is more or less equal to dear, while the second is more informal I must confess I haven't play more than the first levels of the game.. so I don't know what could be the best word. And "ma" definitely exists thanks to DJ antoine for the hints Last edited by mirh; 09-12-14 at 16:04. |

According to Google Translate, there's also "mâcher" meaning "chew."
