Wow, this is the most similar to Free Running, unsurprisingly. The sprint, jumping and landing is fully unchanged from FR at this stage.

How do you progress to City of Vilcabamba? She just falls through the floor past the end door in Caves and teleports to the beginning.

That Indiana Jones trailer is so weird. I understand they tried to save their hard work but he looks so out of place ! Maybe itís because we know TR1 too much but it doesnít really fit at all. I can see why they said no.

The new screenshots from earlier build look great !

Could you imagine if LucasArts greenlit it, not recognising the TR1 environments? I'm sure they would have amended them further but imagine their surprise when the public on release pointed out this is from a cancelled TR remake. XD

It's interesting that there was a National Treasure logo in one build. It makes sense that they'd try their luck pitching a NT game.

Well we know from the pitched Indy/TR Lego crossover game that the Indy team weren't amused at Core or Lara for wading in on their turf so I can imagine that meeting went well

Thanks for the early build! Cool to see even more of this being uncovered

Wait, really? That seems rather petty. Is there a link to an article on the topic?

It's discussed briefly at about 2:45 in this video

Good grief. That is extraordinarily petty.

I'm not sure if this is true. Because in order to bring Lara in a cross over game, they would have had to persuade Eidos to allow them using Lara in that game.

We don't know if Eidos liked that idea either.

Just wondered if fans are still working on this?

I'm happy to wait as long as is needed for an easy single-step installer for a more stable and patched together build, but just hope work hasn't ceased.

I'm sure there are many people in the community who are working together to put this back to what it would've originally looked like, but obviously there may be a few missing things, since the game was never officially finished.
