Wish there was, even if it was for a brief moment.

Oh, there's a lot of songs/sounds I associate with my childhood.
The one that takes me back the farthest is the theme song to 'Once upon a time ... Life' (German)

And before you ask: Yes, we do have partial nudity in a children's educational show over here. It's Europe after all...

Earliest song: I Got You Babe by Sonny and Cher. It was actually the first 45 I remember owning. I also have great skating rink vibes from Jive Talking by the Bee Gees.

Anything by Harry Chapin - my mother had many of his albums on LP and played them all the time.

Childhood as in 3-4 years old, then... as far as I can remember, this music was always there.
Don't know if my father actually liked it, or it was a trend or whatever... but still, my earliest memories connected to this and Enya.

Personally what teleports me back to my childhood is seeing oldschool TV ads, articles (mainly with photos) and cartoon intros.
(I even started to rediscover some of them out of nostalgia)

Fun fact - the Swedish voice of Sailor Moon, Annelie Berg, also voiced Nariko in Heavenly Sword (in the Swedish dub, that is).
