@Nickelony: It doesn't prevent windowed mode, just no way to move the window that I could find. And if it's launch.exe, then players will also be affected right?

I'm glad to hear there might be a fix for the borderless window soon.
Returning to a problem I posted about before, but got conflicting responses on, I'm struggling with suddenly seeing Black and White stripes behind the inventory. It's really ugly, and now I see it on the level I am building too! I have 32 bit settings on everything. I don't know why this only started happening recently All level inventories looked fine until the last few weeks when I tried to adjust the window size, and now some levels have these stripes in the inventory. |

Those stripes depend on the resolution (or ratio). Some will give nice background, others will give black and white stripes, others will give full white screen (I do, it hurts the eyes so much).
Something you can (and should) do for your level is use a custom background. Not the FLEP patch (it is incompatible because TRNG has its own way), see CUST_BACKGROUND in NG Center's reference tab for more info (and an example). |

Will definitely create a custom background for my own level, as you suggest. Is there a way to figure out what resolution will work for playing other custom levels to avoid the black and white striped inventory?

I can now see the light in game but it comes on automatically and does not go off with the flare action. Does anyone have any idea where I have went wrong? It is better to ask TRNG question in our TRNG section. Either make your own thread or use the open TRNG chat thread there.
That said, I can't spot a mistake in that script. I take it your LARA has ID 188? Do you perhaps have another script that also uses that same variable? |
