Unfortunately...
I'm sorry to all of Jonah's fans I mean I liked him, until some point. But here's only there to be saved. That happened in every single game, it's too repetitive. I'm afraid that Lara will have to save him save him again in the anime. Nevertheless, I believe the only good thing about having to save him was that oil rigg scene in Shadow. That was amazing. Quote:
I think that's a main issue with TR. They have great characters but they are only developed off-camera. I mean, you only know of his backstory through his bio, AS A REWARD. Like? Why would the average player care about a character dying if they know nothing about them, unless they collect secrets and then have to READ their bio? The same thing happens in the survivor trilogy. Must of the background story for the characters (and even actual story) is know through documents that you have to collect. That's why some of TR characters don't translate as much to the average player as other IPs. The only side TR character known to the public is Winston and it's because they could lock him in a freezer. My point his they have to develop characters on screen, not through documents and etc. Unless no one is going to care about them. If they still want to put hundreds of collectibles in the game, they have to reward fans in a better way than this. By the way, I love Legend, the survivor trilogy and I'm a collector - I love to collect every single thing in the game. I just feel that the average player will find must of the characters forgettable if they keep doing what they have been doing since 1996. I believe the only somewhat good job they did with side characters was with TR4-5-AOD, where at least some characters matter throughout the three games (I'm not saying these games are perfect, I'm just saying that these games are to me the ones that have some relatively good side characters) |

We had so many "Get Rid Of..." groups back then The current generation of members could have never handled that.

I remember those days.
Twitter has an AI called GROK that it keeps advertising. Every time I see the ad for it, I think of Get Rid of Kurtis. That's how big that movement was on here at one time! |

We have our first review and it seems it is not good. Minute 40:18. Grace Randolph said had screeners for Tomb Raider and she couldn't watch them she's a fan of animated movies (at least superhero animated movies), so there's that. Of course, one person's opinion doesn't mean the show is bad, and of course everyone is untitled for their own opinion (she nay not like genre animated). She was a fan of the 2018 movie, and for her to say she couldn't even watch this show... oh boy. |
