I've recently stumbled upon this effect... Seems to be missing in the latest build. Did anyone know about this?

Original PC release:

It's so subtle! These effects stop if multisampling is on for the release build.

Build 52:

Everything is on here along with multisampling, but the Glow option is no where to be seen. The effect isn't present.

PS. Ignore that oxygen mask in the second shot.
