Default AOD Mvement Orientation Question

In AOD... on PC... what happens when Lara is facing forward (facing with the camera) and the player presses the back key (opposite direction)?

I only have AOD on PS2 right now, and I yearn to know. Hopefully someone can help, thanks. <3

Sasho's movement patch for PC replaces this action. You now need to hold the walk button to walk directly backwards instead of the 180º turn.
