You can open a FLEP .fps preset file in notepad and then you overwrite in one of the smoke OCB patches those values:

Once you saved the file, you should be able to see them in FLEP, and then you can change whatever you want on it
Hope this helps
This is brilliant, thanks! I switched the sprite ID to 0, for some reason my sprite19 was showing square edges lol

Since we can apply vertex shader patches with FLEP, can we make shadows with it?

I think we can't, right? Because it depends on the actual fragment shader, or am I mistaken?

Is it at all possible to remove the grenade launcher bug that causes kills to register twice?

Question help to obtain some form of "locked" camera

Hi guys, I am stomped trying to take screenshots in NGLE levels because FLEP seems to have lost the "looklock"camera available in TREP! This TREP solution is workable and I would love to have it in FLEP.
In the meantime I am trying to port it by any means: it works with 58 bytes changed in trep engine, but they are distributed widely and doesn't make sense (to me anyway!). Of course brute force change simply crash the engine, and I wonder if anybody remember the base (thinking) of this patch! Please!
The discussion in this thread (may 2019) seems to be off or very incomplete! Any indication, even just the name of the function most heavily modified would be very helpfull.

Where in TREP is this patch exactly?

In TREP 0.76, about center right of the start window, there is a camera button that bring a new window with distance, follow speed ... toward the end "Free camera (test) Check the "Lock" (not the Stick) and the patched engine will not move camera except for look mode or when weapons are drawn!
It works well even if awkward to play!
