Yeah the game already looks so much better graphically than Rise imo.

Edit: Wow this game is so well optimized. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to play it on my pc since the hardware is a bit old now, and that I would have to buy it on my ps4 instead but no... This game runs better on my PC than Rise did, and on high settings too! Like right now I'm in Peru and it's so dense but there's no sign of lag or fps drops.

The environments are really beautiful and I really like how smooth the cutscenes are.

Never would I have ever thought I'd see a TR x Umineko style game, I'm kinda shook!!! For those who don't know, Umineko No Naku Koro Ni is a visual novel series about a wealthy family in a remote island trying to debate inheritance when all of a sudden, a series of murders begin to occur. A supposed witch named Beatrice claims she committed them through magic, but you're not too sure- it soon becomes a game of whether the murders can be explained through logic or magic.

Props to Klona for creating this, will definitely check out!

The reboot games aren't really as disjointed as they seem.

2013: She has a traumatic experience that reveals to her that the supernatural is real.

Rise: She is pissed off that she tried to tell everyone and nobody believes her. The people are also slandering her father in the press which is just adding to her frustration and she decides that since she knows the supernatural is real, Lara is going to prove it to the press and let them eat crow for it. This is where her obsession comes from. Yes she has some trauma from her father's death, but she is also dealing with the frustration of everyone telling her she is crazy. She learns that her father was killed by this mystery organization because of the supernatural stuff. She also learns that she can't just expose the supernatural stuff to the world like she wanted to do in the first place.

After Rise her objective has changed from wanting to make the press eat crow to getting revenge on the people who put her family in the position they were in in the first place.

Shadow: Lara discovers Trinity's location after months of searching and is obsessed with bringing them down for everything they put her and her family through. She wouldn't have experienced Yamati if not for Trinity, she may not have experienced her father dying and his abandonment if not for Trinity, it's why she is so pissed in Shadow and seems to have fun killing members of Trinity because she just doesn't gaf anymore.

However through Shadow she learns to deal with her emotions and anger as well as put the past behind her and move on to greener pastures. At the end of Shadow she's confident and seems thrilled about tomb raiding and can't wait to see what's next for her.

I honestly have to say that kinda does sound a lot like something a younger Lara may do tbh. I just think the execution of these ideas may have been what made this hard to understand.

It is even more amazing. The guy she shot at the opera house could also be in the freezer. But what is more, is why that particular guy is there. The lady stopped to sing, (Opera House, she, the player, who sings). But that guy still went to check with Lara after she got the dagger. Obviously she didn't like that. And why she talked to us after she had turned on the shower, and got angry at us too, because we were about to do the same.
