Yetis for me too, particularly the ones in that almost completely dark room with the cages.

First time through I was expecting yetis and was not surprised with first encounter but being alone in that dark room not knowing how many there are, where they are and what is going to trigger them ramps up the suspense brilliantly.

I think the Yeti wins this "competition" almost unanimously.

Yeti guys have a scary introduction but personally Flamethrower dudes give me panic whenever I realize I'm locked a room with an instant-kill weapon dude and I whip out the most powerful weapon.
Not even just TRII, they're one of the most terrifying enemies in the series I feel.

So happy to see yeti being as terrifying to the masses as he was to me. :')

Seriously though, that pitch black big building with the yeti cages. Perfection. Hearing them hollering in their cages, lighting and flare and being able to see A TON of them, and then knowing that lever you have to flip is going to release them...that was just brilliant.
