Activating an Organizer is the best bet here. Organizers can have a list of one or more triggergroups in it, with time intervals in between them. There is an example here.

its so easy

Organizer= X, FO_TICK_TIME,-1,Y,Z, Y2,Z2, Y3,Z3.....

X is the id of the organizer
Y is the number of frames a triggergroup Z will play after triggered
Z is the triggergroup that will trigger

Y2 is the number of frames that takes after Y.... to trigger Z2...
and so it goes

you can also remove FO_TICK_TIME and replace with IGNORE (or -1) if you want it to be in seconds instead of frames

I personally always have FO_TICK_TIME because it's more precise

Sadly no, you have to write it separately. Thankfully, TombIDE makes the life easier.
